Thank you for your interest in Aspire Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), where “Hope Starts Now”.
Our unique Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide short-term stabilization of psychiatric symptoms, while allowing participants to live an independent lifestyle.
Our goal is to get you back to living the life you desire, as soon as possible.
Aspire Behavioral Health IOP is designed for individuals who are experiencing behavioral or emotional difficulties, but do not require (or no longer require) the intense level of psychiatric care provided in an inpatient or partial hospitalization program.
The majority of the therapeutic work is accomplished in small group sessions. These group sessions are held 3 days per week, for 3 hours each day. Group work has been shown by many bodies of research to be amazingly affective in the healing and recovery process and just as effective as individual therapy. This is due to the many healing attributes present and working together all at the same time. Group sessions are also complimented with scheduled individual sessions with one of the programs highly trained Behavioral Health Clinicians.
Aspire Behavioral Health also believes strongly in a holistic approach to clinical therapy and incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities to keep the sessions engaging, inspirational, and ultimately, transformational.
